You Tube Tuesday #104

Over the weekend I found this old tape of my band Six Degrees playing at a club in North Hollywood. This is a cover song we used to do and it was always a crowd pleaser. Video cameras do not do well at recording music but I think you will get the idea.
Enjoy
Lot's of NEW's

This week is loaded with New Stuff that you should check out.
First is the Biggest Loser – D Style. I wrote about the challenge last week and today marks day one for me! If you still want to join then send Landileigh an email and get on board. It is never too late to start getting healthy!
Second is a new blogger I wanted to introduce too. Erin emailed me before Christmas asking some advice about quitting smoking. She ended up quitting a month ago and is still smoke free. She is a Type 1 mom who loves Stamping and Paper-Crafts. Please head over there and show her some love. She is great!
Third, I knew there were D-vloggers out there like Sara, Kerri, Allie, Landileigh, Windy, and Manny but there are so many new ones now! Tony, Chris, Scott, and even a practice one from Minnesota Nice! I love watching vlogs because you feel like you know the person even more! It takes blogging and this community to a new level. Keep ‘em coming!
And the last thing is how amazing tomorrow is going to be. Even if you are not on the Obama bandwagon you must agree that it is a HUGE step forward in the world when America will have an African American president. It feels like a wall has been knocked down or at least, has been seriously weakened. I am thankful for that and you should be too regardless of your political views. The view for humanity is a bit clearer in my book.
Tomorrow is going to be a special You Tube Tuesday for whatever reason. I found an old video tape and there is something I want to share with you all.
Friday Vlog - The Biggest Loser

It was late Thursday night that I recorded this so my voice and distance from the camera are not the norm.
I Am Naturally

Today’s post has nothing to do with Diabetes. In fact, it may be looked at as Diabetes taboo but I want to let you all know about my cousin’s new blog.
Here is a cake she made for my wife when she earned her BA.

Check out the site to see more cakes and check back often. She is getting a bunch of orders for showers, parties, and even a couple of weddings!
