Weight Watchers - Update

Two Christmas parties this week = Gain .2 lbs.

Not mad considering the amount of alcohol I consumed last night! Wow! Now off to another party tonight.

Total lost - 31.6

And to show that I am not too upset about this. Here is another song from Feed the Five. I am playing the Djembe and my younger sister is the gal on Bass. I hope you dig it!

omg... you have no idea how much I LOVE the djembe. I wish I had a stand for the one at my church, but we're cheap so I just flip a stool upside-down and stick the djembe in it.
