WW Update - The "Whoa" Weigh In

5.6 lost. Whoa.

I am at a total loss of 16.3 pounds. That's heavier than my bowling ball.

Whoa.

Gasp................usually at about this stage you reach a little plateau.
Rock on.
(It's MN - I am at the library and don't remember my password.)

G-Money!!!! Holy shit man!! That is GREAT!!! WOOOHOO!!!

And just because there aren't enough exclamation points already...

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember - if you start to plateau (I'm so glad MN spelled that for me first..), it is just your body testing your mental reserve to stick with the changes you are putting it through. You are the boss, not the Cheetos...

Are people starting to mention a difference in your appearance? I'm sure if you bump into someone that you haven't seen in a month they will notice.
