Proud

George did a great job as Drum Major on Saturday. It was hard not falling apart when I heard his whistle blow. I remembered those little baby lungs crying when he was born and now he was 16 and leading his High School Marching Band down the parade route.
Oh, now the tears come.
Congrats son on a job well done, and congrats to the band for the First place trophy they won. This looks like it's going to be a great year for the band!

AWESOOOOMMMMEEE!!!! :-)
I can't imagine what it is like for you, G. I cried the other day because I realized my nephew will be 1 Thursday! .... 1! And he's only my NEPHEW! I'm gonna be a terrible crier whenever I'm a mom!
((((HUGS!!!))))
I'm so glad I got to be there :) He rocks! I've said it before and I'll say it again.. he's an amazing kid... but he got that way because of his amazing parents :) You and Jazz are my parental inspiration (aside from my own parents who also rock!)
Loves you.
*awkward head cup hug*

I remember those baby lungs too! Thanks for the tears; I'm so proud of your son, my tiny cousin.
