Not Exactly

When I got to my Podiatrist appointment today the receptionist recognized me.
"Hey there! We haven't seen you for a while!"
"Yeah, it has been a good while since I have been in."
"We'll that's a good sign!" She said it so enthusiastically.
"Not exactly," in a bubble bursting tone, "I have just missed my last three appointments. "
"..." She paused and said, "oh I see.
Oh how I love being a buzzkill. Now to have that appointment I was supposed to have on my birthday.
In March.
