"I had a really bad low this morning and I'm going to be late."
Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 2:01PM
“Why does this even happen?”
“I thought that pump thing took care of that?”
“So what can you do so this doesn’t happen again?"
“Did you call your doctor?”
“Maybe they can change your shot?”
“What did you have for dinner?”
“But you are okay now right?”
"Should you be driving?"
"No sweat. Get right and get here when you can."
For years it was the all the other responses but today, I got the last one. Education works.

Better late then never, right?
My (least) favorite was "What are we going to do so this doesn't happen anymore?". Things finally changed when I said two things:
1. I could do everything exactly the same every day and this still can happen
2. The more in control I am every day, the closer I am to hypoglycemia every day
You're right. Education works. Good for you.
My most hated response, "did you call your doctor?"
yeah, like that's going to help.
I appreciate the thought but they just don't really get it.
you've got some awesome peeps at work :)
It's so nice having an understanding boss! Makes life that much easier.
Understanding is a language that goes far beyond words, isn't it?
There are natural cures for Diabetes that restore the biochemical balance of the body. And they do this without the use of prescription or pharmaceutical drugs. That along with having a healthy lifestyle and a healthy diet will greatly increase ones health and increase your chances of being cured

@justin: Not sure because I just skimmed it, but I'm pretty sure that only is for type 2 diabetes...
Hi, everybody. I have been enjoying reading this website. I'm really learning a lot. The reason I've been researching is that I have diabetes and I really don't want to keep taking insulin and getting side effects. I'm wondering if anyone can give me advice on some good natural remedies for diabetes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Living with Diabetes is hard. It’s a constant rollercoaster of monitoring your diet, exercise, blood sugar measurements and calculating your medication.
And you never get a break!
